What Firewall settings do I need to attend the flash event? One of the following ports must be opened to accept the flash stream: 1935, 443 or 80.

Room Not Available message when attempting to log into the event Confirm the date and start time of the event. Try again when closer to your event date and time. A presenter must be in the room in order for participants to join.
How do I clear the cache for my Internet browser? These vary by browser. IE 7, for example, can be cleared by Tools, Internet Options, then on the General tab Delete Browsing History. Note - this will erase saved passwords, etc.

What is the difference between Teleconference and VOIP? Teleconference implies an audio conference. VOIP, voice over IP, is the delivery of the audio by the carrier.
Can I still attend the webcast if I do not have speakers? Yes but if no bridge is provided the sound is in the stream and you will therefore not hear the presenters.
I receive the error PageRequestManagerParserErrorException when running a System Test. Contact the support team.
What sites do we need to allow cookies from for Event Center? Allow cookies from www.Vcall.com.
Viewing a windows media replay and receive an error a few seconds before the end of the event. The error may be the result of a firewall bug. I get the following error on www.vcallquickmeeting.com : 'Options kit download' error 'Your current settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.' IE browser, select Internet Options, Select Security, Select Custom Level, under Miscellaneous enable Launch Application and Unsafe Files.
